Chris did a phenomenal job helping us find our dream home! He knew about the local builders in the area and had very thoughtful recommendations. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted but getting the guiding (gentle) hands of Chris to steer us in the right direction without being imposing was exactly what we needed!! He is incredibly responsive! To a shockingly impressive degree which is well appreciated. We felt listened to an understood each step of the way! We know who to find if we ever decide on a new home! Unlikely though!

Chris is the only agent you wish to have when you're shopping for a house. He knows his role and gives you honest advice without pushing you to a deal. My lender's process was quite complicated, yet patient and willing to facilitate from his side all the time. I am grateful for his dedication and would recommend him in the future to families and friends.

We had a fantastic experience with Dane! Highly recommend. He made sure we understood the process and our options, had endless patience for all the questions as we wanted to ask & as many houses as we wanted to tour, and he was always very quick to respond. Many thanks to him for helping us find exactly the kind of home we were looking for.
