We have countless realtors within our circle of friends. There was a risk associated with that, but one we were willing to take. We interviewed a handful of realtors and a single professional rose to the top. That person was Krista Fracke. Selling a home can be beyond stressful. Krista magically took all of the stress out of the process. She is incredibly knowledgeable, yet relatable. She is aggressive with pricing, yet reasonable. She is viciously hardworking, yet easy to reach. Krista went far above and beyond the call of duty, which yielded us incredible results, AND she managed to do it swiftly. She listens, which is key, and a quality that can be hard to find. She makes sound suggestions, effortlessly dodges any hurdles or hiccups, looks out for your best interest and makes you feel like youre her one and only client. Krista is an absolute wonder. Sandy Miller is one of the best professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with in any industry (including real estate). If I could give Sandy 100 stars out of 5, I would. Sandy worked with me and my wife to find the house of our dreams while we were living in a different state (3,000 miles away). Remote buying seems difficult but Sandy made it easy with her processes and communication. She was thoughtful, diligent, responsive, patient, savvy, and executed on our behalf. We had only 5 days to inspect the house and 21 days to close after execution of the purchase and sale agreement. Sandy helped us order all the inspections and we had all the information we needed to go forward with the purchase within 4 days. Further, Sandy provided us referrals to our mortgage broker, pest control company, landscape, and many others and each and every referral were fantastic, in part because they were previously vetted by Sandy and had Sandy's approval. In addition, Sandy is an incredible person, one who cares about her clients and their satisfaction. Sandy's was amazing. This was my first time buying a home. She took the time to make sure I understood what Elias going and and the process. Her knowledge of VA home loans definitely helped in sorta out what house to look at as well as dealing with the other agents. During the entire process looking thru to purchasing she kept in touch was always available. Very friendly but also direct. I am very happy with the home I bought. It was exactly what I wanted the 2 big deals for me were vlock or brick and a garage, I was able to get them. I really felt like Sandy was working for me, always available answered thoroughly any questions I had she was great! I cannot recommend her enough!
