I could not have sold my house without the help of Marsha and her team. I sold this house out of state and Marsha took care of pretty much every detail. She worked directly with my property manager on getting access to the house and from there orchestrated staging the property for sale. This included getting contractors to paint the house, ordering and receiving new appliances, minor repairs, and staging the house. After I saw what it looked like I almost didn't want to sell it looked so great. But I am glad I did because it sold for over asking price. I could not have done this without the hard work of Marsha and her team. They were so helpful and a pleasure to work with.
