Engel & Volkers Atlanta

Tammie was our agent with the purchase of a new home and selling our investment property. She certainly knows what shes doing. We were living in a different state when we purchased our forever home and Tammie went above and beyond to help us get things done remotely. I cant say enough about her excellent Real Estate knowledge and skills. The investment property Tammie sold for us required a lot of work and Tammie had all the right contacts to get things done. We highly recommend Tammie.

I once was the top agent in Forsyth County years ago and I think Tammie was even better than I was. Dont hesitate to hire this Top Notch, Dedicated Real Estate Agent to have on Your Team. Tammie knows her business inside and out! I LOVED working with her!

Tammie is awesome and she fought hard to get us into a place within a pretty strict timeline! I will be forever grateful to her for helping my husband and I buy our first home

Tammie came to our first meeting prepared with comps and marketing strategy, some other agents we met with did not. We had done our own research and from the beginning we were on the same page. We were able to have a couple of open houses before the virus lockdown, got an offer for our listing price, and closed the deal during the pandemic.....not easy. Tammie was knowledgeable and put together a good plan, was very responsive and kept us informed during the sale process, and was instrumental in helping close the sale in a tough environment. I have no hesitation to give her my highest recommendation.

Tammy was excellent in every way possible. She helped us get our home then sell it 5-years later for more than we thought possible, and in just one month from the signing of the agreement. I strongly recommend contacting Tammy for your home as well.
