Will was great to work with. I saw the property and Will did everything else. He contacted an inspection company. With the inspection and the repairs he personally went to the house for me. We went over the issues and he suggested an offer amount. He then helped with the negotiations. I am out of state and I felt very confident with the entire process with him.
