Yuliya faced a difficult property sale that involved both a remodeled home as a primary residence and the home as an investment property that was zoned two family residential. In addition there was a two family building lot with utilities, that could be sold as a package or separately. In the continually changing market the listing was changed a couple of times to reflect the potential buyers available. Yuliya did a remarkable job of marketing the property and providing potential buyers with a detailed explanation of the property potential during the open houses and through other inquiries. I was very pleased with her performance and the sale of the property she generated. I have other properties that eventually will be placed on the market for sale and I will request Yuliya to represent my interests. Yuliya has proven to be a very valuable asset and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell any form of real estate.
