Engel & VA?lkers South Tampa

This was our second time working with the Bustin Vanderson Group, and again, the entire experience was seamless start to finish. We bought our house with Shane four years ago and worked with him again to sell it this year. His expertise helped us secure top dollar quickly, and we ended up selling over list price within 12 days. We could not be happier with the service we received. Shane is a knowledgeable professional who is an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend the Bustin Vanderson Group to anyone in the Tampa Bay region.

I recently sold a condo in Tampa Florida through Engel & Volkers. I was rewarded by them giving me the best agent I could have hoped for, Shane Vanderson. Shane went above and beyond real estate duties. His knowledge guided me through warranty processes, navigate through non serious buyers and those who showed more interest in my unit. He even went as far as shopping for replacement filters for my HVAC system, and installed them. At no cost to me. He's a gem of an agent. I would highly recommend him, with hesitation.

We were extremely pleased with the service and experience we received from Shane. He was able to sell our home quickly and at a very good price. Shane also facilitated a an extremely efficient closing. We would certainly use Shane again and would recommend him to others.
