Engel & Voelkers - Slidell - Mandeville

Julie did an amazing job selling our home. After our listing had expired with another agent, Julie turned it around and got us an offer in just a few days. She brought fresh ideas, staging, and fantastic photography to bring in so much interest and ultimately sell our home! Communication was always honest and prompt. We cant thank Julie enough!

I had a fantastic experience working with my Leila to sell my house. Her communication was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way. Her wealth of experience was evident in how smoothly the process went, and she managed to sell my house quickly. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to sell their home!

We first worked with Leila back in 2020 when we transferred to the New Orleans Metro and bought our first house. She walked us through everything then. Fast forward to 2024 as first time sellers, I cant tell you just how great she was. She was very responsive, and did what she needed to do for our house to get sold. No one story is going to be the same, but her and her team made sure to make our buyers dream come true. I strongly recommend reaching out to the Leila Perez Team when in the market to buy or sell!

Julie is a stand out among real estate pros. She provides excellent guidance re: how to prep house for best return on sale and assists with getting things ready with absolute hustle. She is practical, professional, and fun, a pleasure to work with.

Sarah Zanco helped us every step of the way buying our dream home. we had so many questions, Sarah had all the answers and if she didn't know she would find out and call us back, always returned our phone calls. would highly recommend Sarah and her team.
