Engel & VA?lkers By The sea

We had worked with Sara off and on for a few months in a very aggressive Sellers market. We went under contract for a place in April, in which Sara stayed on top of the seller. Her due diligence & research caused us to find out about a major issue that resulted in us backing out and receiving our deposit + earnest money back in said Sellers market. After a new job required us to expedite our house search, Sara had us in a new home within 30 days with her guidance and the right recommendations. Sara did an outstanding job with our budget in the purchase of a home in the North Shore area.

Laurens extensive knowledge of the North Shore, gained from growing up in Gloucester, clearly makes her a highly knowledgeable realtor for the area. Her thorough familiarity with the local market, neighborhoods, and community allows her to provide clients with expert guidance to meet their individual needs and expectations. She is very accessible and professional in her communication; she responds quickly and offers helpful insights, including information on off-market listings, giving her clients a competitive edge. Laurens local expertise and dedication make her an excellent choice for anyone looking to buy or sell in the North Shore area!
