Eliza was amazing! The only reason I got the condo of my dreams was because of her! No other real at or would have pushed through things like she did!

This was our first time buying a house. Eliza was very nice, helpful and honest. She helped us a lot - We first contacted her when we were living 2-3 hours away from the area. She was very understanding and tried her best to find a good time for us to come up and look around the neighborhood and some of the potential housings in the area. When we decided that we were going to rent for a year, she tried to help us find a right place for renting too. When it was time for us to look for houses to buy, we contacted Eliza again since she was very helpful in every way (comparing prices for similar homes, guiding through us for next step, keeping us up to date on how things are going, recommending places for loans, inspection, attorney, etc). She was indeed fantastic, and we now have a new home thanks to her. I would highly recommend Eliza!!

Eliza is extremely professional, but not at the expense of creating a personal connection with her clients. She was extremely patient and adapted to our needs and wants in an unprecedented time; the start of COVID in 2020. She always worked hard to schedule showings, worked on dealing with other agents, and never let the pandemic adversely affect us. She never let us get discouraged throughout our search and did more than enough in helping us prepare for the home-buying process. Eliza was always readily available to answer a plethora of questions, not just related to a home-search, but even financing, homeA improvement, etc... She has a wealth of knowledge to all things home-related, and we were lucky and grateful to have an agent as knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic as her. She checked-in with us every step of the way and even after we moved in, a testament to how she cares for her clients professionally, but also as people, personally. Overall, we were lucky and grateful to have Eliza Mickatavage as our agent, and anyone else would be as well.

Where do I even start? Eliza is an amazing realtor and a great person. She made my home buying a great and smooth experience. First of all, I was planning to get a house next year, but I was able to purchase my lovely home within 2months. She was always available to answer any questions and get a response for all my concerns. She was not only after the commission, she was looking out for me and what was best for my family. I am grateful to have her by my side through this process. She knows I hate paperwork so she did her best to prepare me and set clear expectations. I would give her 10 stars if I could, I enjoyed our late evening home hunting moments. I am very happy with her.

Eliza is an amazing, knowledgeable realtor! She helped us sell our home for a great return and buy a new one at a great price. She always made herself available whenever the newest place hit the market that we wanted to see. She did her research in order to help us determine selling price based on market prices around us and same went for purchasing. She helped us through the entire process, and we couldn't be happier with the service! I highly recommend!
