Eliza was amazing! The only reason I got the condo of my dreams was because of her! No other real at or would have pushed through things like she did!

Eliza has been a godsend during this entire process of selling our home and buying another. This was the first home weve ever sold and it seemed to come with a number of unexpected challenges outside the norm but Eliza was there at every step to help us come out on the other side. Truly went above and beyond repeatedly including when a tree came down on our new house after living there for only two weeks! She got on the phone calling tree companies with us to help get it removed ASAP. Thats just one of many tasks she took it upon herself to help us address and we are eternally grateful for it. On top of it all we feel incredibly lucky to have put in a single offer when we started looking and got it accepted & having our old house enter into contract only a day or two after hitting the market. I dont doubt thats result of Elizas experience and hard work she put in for us. While I hope we dont move again any time soon I would certainly use Eliza again and will be recommending her to any of our friends/family looking to relocate. Thank you so much, Eliza!!

Where do I even start? Eliza is an amazing realtor and a great person. She made my home buying a great and smooth experience. First of all, I was planning to get a house next year, but I was able to purchase my lovely home within 2months. She was always available to answer any questions and get a response for all my concerns. She was not only after the commission, she was looking out for me and what was best for my family. I am grateful to have her by my side through this process. She knows I hate paperwork so she did her best to prepare me and set clear expectations. I would give her 10 stars if I could, I enjoyed our late evening home hunting moments. I am very happy with her.

Eliza is an amazing, knowledgeable realtor! She helped us sell our home for a great return and buy a new one at a great price. She always made herself available whenever the newest place hit the market that we wanted to see. She did her research in order to help us determine selling price based on market prices around us and same went for purchasing. She helped us through the entire process, and we couldn't be happier with the service! I highly recommend!

Eliza is extremely professional, but not at the expense of creating a personal connection with her clients. She was extremely patient and adapted to our needs and wants in an unprecedented time; the start of COVID in 2020. She always worked hard to schedule showings, worked on dealing with other agents, and never let the pandemic adversely affect us. She never let us get discouraged throughout our search and did more than enough in helping us prepare for the home-buying process. Eliza was always readily available to answer a plethora of questions, not just related to a home-search, but even financing, homeA improvement, etc... She has a wealth of knowledge to all things home-related, and we were lucky and grateful to have an agent as knowledgeable, compassionate, and empathetic as her. She checked-in with us every step of the way and even after we moved in, a testament to how she cares for her clients professionally, but also as people, personally. Overall, we were lucky and grateful to have Eliza Mickatavage as our agent, and anyone else would be as well.
