I like the way they work, they sold our house quickly. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Out of their Denver office they sold our home in Florissant for above asking price. House was on the market for about a week and had multiple offers. They did a great job of marketing the property.

Gaye Sold My House in TWO WEEKS! And in a difficult market for sellers. The first meeting with her was over an hour and she is both thoughtful and communicates her knowledge--which is extensive--very well. She told me my furniture didnt fit the potential buyer pool and after I moved my furniture into the garage, she staged much of my house with new furniture--at no cost to me!! It completely changed the look and we received lots of compliments as we showed my home. Gaye sold over 80 houses by herself last year. Ask anyone your thinking of hiring how many they sold. It was wonderful to work with The Ribble Group to sell my house. Everyone was so professional, friendly, helpful, patient and very responsive to calls. I got top dollar for my house and the process was so easy.

I would not recommend Gaye Ribble or EmpowerHome Team. During a showing, Gaye left doors open while it was actively raining, which allowed water into the home and caused damage to my belongings. My personal items were also moved and gone through. The company later placed signs and a lockbox on the property without my consent, and when I asked for them to be removed, I was dismissed. The office interaction was also extremely unprofessional. Overall, there was very little respect, accountability, or professionalism.
