Andrew is a professional. The entire process was seamless and largely stress free. He took care of all the particulars?finding homes in our desired areas; connecting us with our eventual lender, home inspector, and home insurance professionals; expertly handling negotiations; and, assuring we had a smooth closing. We are new to metro-Atlanta and didn?t know where we wanted to live, so we explored many different geographical locations. Andrew helped us find homes in each of these locations. Once we targeted our desired community, he made sure that we found and closed quickly on the home we wanted. He is honest and demonstrated excellent judgement, particularly as we began to make offers. Additionally, he wrote many offers for us, and although my wife and I would get discouraged, he didn?t. I knew he was always working for me and my family. I assumed he was working with other clients, but his attentiveness made me feel like my family and I were really important to him. He put us in contact with our lender and home insurance agent, both of who have provided me with better rates than I had or had been quoted on. He recommended a great home inspector and advised us on the report. Ultimately, I didn?t ever feel like I was doing anything except expressing my preferences; he listened and handled all the particulars. Andrew possesses a wonderful personal touch as well: He is always polite, patient, thoughtful, and kind. I would bring concerns to him and he would give me honest feedback while remaining optimistic and positive?things my wife and I needed and appreciated. I understand the market is crazy right now, and that homes are selling within hours of being put on the market. Therefore, I was hoping my agent, would be up to the task of moving quickly and being responsive when I had questions or wanted to see something.
