She did her job and got my house sold

Nancy is an exceptionally skilled, professional and courteous real estate professional who helped me locate and purchase a property in Sullivan County (Livingston Manor). She was excellent in her communications, negotiation skills and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with her and she helped me locate, negotiate price and smoothly close on my property. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the aEURoebest of the bestaEUR? in the Sullivan County area. As an attorney I interact with real estate professionals frequently and would count Nancy among the top 1% of those I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Shes smart, tenacious, has lightning fast communication with her clients and is everything you could look for in a real estate professional. If youre buying or selling a property in the area, Nancy is the one to have on your team!

Nancy is the best agent that I have ever worked with. Honest, hard working, and smart. I cannot recommend her enough. In a world of snakes, she's a rose.

We had our home listed with another real estate agent and were, unfortunately, locked in to a 12-month contract. During that time, we received no offers. As soon as that 12-month contract expired, we listed our home with Gordon LeRoy. Within 3 weeks of listing with him, Gordon contacted us with a full-price offer on our house! That pretty much says it all! We are very glad that we listed our home with Gordon LeRoy at Elliott & Pomeroy Real Estate!

Nancy helped my husband and me find our perfect home! She is efficient, organized, direct and personable. Nancy is a huge asset, as a realtor and friend. She was a great advocate for us. She was able to answer any question we came up with and gave us several to ask that we hadn't thought of as well. I would absolutely recommend Nancy for anyone looking for their own piece of Paradise here!!
