I highly recommend Ethan Chase. He was very kind and patient with me and my family as he showed us numerous properties over the course of several months, answering tons of questions about the properties. We were very close to signing a contract on a property after the seller verbally accepted our offer. We backed out after seeing the property in person and we ultimately decided to move out-of-state. If the Lord leads us back toward the Lynchburg area, then Ethan Chase will be my first choice for an agent.
