I recently purchased my first home. As a young, single woman, many of the other agents i worked with for showings or would attempt to ask questions of had no desire to give me the time of day and/or didnt take me seriously. I began my journey just doing info requests via Realtor and Ethan was sent to do a showing with me. Needless to say my search for a realtor was over. Ethan asked questions about my financial background, if i had begun the pre-qualification process, must haves, things i could live with (or couldnt live without) and about my long term plan for whatever home i ended up purchasing. He also was the first agent (out of 6) to even bring listing details with him for me to take and give me an overview of the home buying process. Ethan was overwhelmingly kind and patient, as I drug him all around the city to look at properties even if i didnt love them based on the listing, gave me recommendations for what to ask for on inspections, property histories, and handymans once I did close on a home. I cannot say enough good words about Ethan - he is kind, compassionate, and *really* listens to you and will not rest until he has helped you find the home that is right for you!
