We recently agreed to buy a new home out of state to be near family. Then we knew it was important to sell our current home for the best possible price promptly. We were fortunate to have Miriam Mosquera-Martinez as our realtor. As older, inexperienced sellers, we required extra assistance with technology and the whole process. Miriam was extremely patient and a good teacher. She was always available and her communication skills are excellent. She quickly helped every step of the way. She provided an excellent market analysis and arranged all meetings with the buyer and inspectors. We had some issues with the Title Company. Miriam kept working on the problem and it was eventually resolved before the sale. We sold our home in Pennsylvania and 2 days later bought our new home in Massachusetts. That is pretty amazing. Tamika is one of the most pleasant women that we had the honor of knowing in such a short time she gave more than herself to help us succeed in what we needed to do in our move within two week period we sold our house was able to purchase another one and thanks to her and her partner with successful in our move. She went beyond the call of duty we work with three Realtors before meeting Tamika and her team when I say she's the best realtor in Philly. They our life so easy . Mary jo is a one-of-a-kind realtor. She is extremely competent and efficient. The only thing that I can't seem to figure out is that she sells more homes than any realtor I ever met, but somehow is ALWAYS available for her clients. My experience with Mary Jo was very smooth and fun.
