His knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general contstruction is excellent. I knew he was looking out for my best interests and overall he made this entire process less stressful. There were a few glitches at the last minute with my mortage lender. Josh and Cecelia stepped in to assist me in completing the transaction, which they did not have to do.
