I cant find enough good things to say about Phillip Merlino and Merlino Homes Group. He blew me away when he sold my home in San Clemente. He set the highest price per square foot record in the neighborhood. His marketing was top notch, he has a great sense of humor (helpful with the stress of selling) and handled issues with professionalism and tact. Truly the real deal. Hire him, you wont regret it.
