Element Realty

Maria did a phenomenal job in getting us out house. She was extremely responsive even when my messages were at night or in the early morning. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to buy!

We had an exceptional experience working with our realtor, Maria. She went above and beyond throughout the home buying process, providing professional guidance, attention to detail, and valuable insight every step of the way. Even after the purchase, she offered helpful recommendations on what to remodel and, just as importantly, what not to change. Her expertise and dedication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring realtor!

Maria and her assistant were absolutely amazing! They helped me sell my house quickly and made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. They were always professional, helpful, responsive, and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate all of their hard work, dedication, and support. If you are looking for a realtor and team that will work hard for you and help get your home sold fast, I highly recommend Maria and her assistant. Thank you both so much for everything!

Working with Maria Guerra and the team at Element Realty has been, quite simply, the highlight of my nearly 30-year history of purchasing homes (primary residences) across several states. I do not say this lightly: Maria is arguably the finest realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My life is a constant juggle of high-stakes commitments. Between a demanding 9-5, finishing my PhD dissertation, managing two PLLCs, and balancing my time between the Rio Grande Valley and ArizonaaEUR"all while prioritizing family, church, and communityaEUR"my time is my most precious commodity. Maria didnt just respect that; she protected it. Why Element Realty Stands Out: aEURc The Hustle: I am a staunch admirer of a tenacious work ethic. Marias "hustle" is unmatched. As a Latina entrepreneur from the RGV, her success and drive resonate deeply with me and made this experience exponentially more meaningful. aEURc Elite Professionalism: Maria is the epitome of efficiency. Her communication is prompt, clear, and proactive. She kept me updated at every turn, ensuring that not a single second of my time was wasted. aEURc Full-Service Excellence: The support from the front office is seamless. Ms. Jennifer Bazan and the entire staff are the gold standard of responsiveness and kindness. They operate with a level of synchronicity that makes the complex process of closing feel effortless. aEURc Beyond the Closing Table: What truly sets Maria apart is her heart. Even after the keys were in hand, she has remained "at the ready," assisting with questions and concerns as they arise. Her commitment to her clients does not have an expiration date. If you are looking for a firm that combines passion with precision, look no further. I highly recommend Maria Guerra and Element Realty without any reservation whatsoever. They are not just closing deals; they are setting the bar for what professional excellence and customer care should look like. Gracias, Sra. Guerra y Element Realty!
