When we finally made the decision to sell our home and "down size" we contacted and interviewed four agents. After speaking to Christine Librach we immediately knew she was the one for us. She is very professional but very easy to talk to - she listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions needed to get our home ready to sell.She listed our home for a fair market price and the house sell went thru beautifully. She was always available to us when we had questions and we had many...she always made us feel like we were very important clients and was there for us before and after the sale. Christine is very professional - and so very knowledgeable in her field....we trusted her completely and would recommend her with out hesitation.

Christine was a wonderful broker. She was knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. She helped people like us buy a house on vet loan. She did not act like she was better than us, and we really appreciated it. Another company that made a lot of promises to do what was necessary, but failed miserably.A No creative thinking or knew how to work around "negative comments and turn it into positive".A A After giving them 6 months to sell the house and receiving only 1 low ball offer, we decided to cancel the listing contract,A in which they forced us to pay them $5,000 for their time and efforts.A Really? 6 months and you want me to compensate you for your lack of selling, closing and marketing skills?A Sure, OK.
