I would give 7 stars if I could! Chuck is by far the best of the 4 real estate agents weve ever worked with. He really knows his business, is respectful, doesnt waste your time, and got us a great deal!

Chuck helped to sell our house in 2025 and he was extremely helpful. He put the interest of his client as priority and planned accordingly. He gave his advices according what he see in the market and allowed us to make decisions without insisting to do what he think we should do. He worked really hard to accommodate us during the negotiation with the potential buyer. We were very satisfy with the whole process.

Chuck sold two of our properties (in under one week, over asking!) right near Highlands Park, and we were so impressed with his hustle, professionalism, attention to detail, and jovial manner. We were so swamped with both house sales, and in the midst of moving ourselves with two young children, and Chuck made sure to take as much off of our plate as possible. He is a master negotiator, and his intuition on the market is spot-on. His years of experience is evident, but always made sure we were included in decisions and took our point of view into consideration. It's clear he puts his clients first, and that is a rare thing to find in this crazy Bay Area real estate market.
