Effective Real Estate

The BEST agent in TEXAS, Jenny was a tremendous asset with selling a house. This was an 'estate sale', and besides Jenny being very knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate, all of the problems that can occur with an estate sale, became a real nightmare for me to deal with. But Jenny hung in there all the way, putting up with family and attorney issues, she was professional with all parties, patient to put up with us, and kept us always updated, especially once we received an offer and moved into closing. She was always available to assist, prompt to return a call, and terrific to work with all the way to closing. I am glad she represented us, I have bought and sold many homes, and would have to put her at the top of my list, of agent's I worked with in the past. I would highly recommend Jenny with your real estate circumstance, buying or selling, she is GREAT!!!, Thank you Jenny for all of your assistance!!!!!

Ms. J. Avellaneda,Has always been very responsive to all of my questions concerning any properties my husband and I have been interested in. She has even been helpful in providing locality information.

As we first shopped for a realtor, we heard various realtors estimates of our homes value, some quite unrealistic. Jenny gave us a true estimate with comparative listings at our first meeting, and we sold our house in three days! She clearly does the work needed and finds the fair market price. We have sold three houses now, and this time the whole process was the most smooth and pleasant aEUR" and that was despite coronavirus! Jenny did everything and managed every step well, quickly and efficiently, including necessary safety precautions and regular updates. Overall, Jenny is a great person, and we are happy to have met her. We have complete trust in her honesty and professionalism. So, we recommend Jenny without hesitation, as we already have to everyone we know.John & Margarita

I think that she sets the example to which all realtors should strive.Specifically, she sold the house very quickly, she guided me through the selling process. she returned calls and emails in a timely fashion, she was available to answer questions, the process was quick and orderly and she was an advocate for my interests during the process.
