We are so grateful to Melanie Willy and her team for holding our hand through the process of selling our dear friends home. After the passing of our friend, my husband I became his personal representative and the trustee of his estate which included the family home of 25 years. After the initial tour of the property Melanie and John gave us a plan of attack and supplied us with a list of GREAT contractors who could help us get the house ready to show and sell (we live in Excelsior and the home was located in Eagan) so we really looked to the Willy's expertise for local help. Melanie marketed, hustled and negotiated her socks off for us. But the most impressive thing about Melanie is her compassion, as not only were we grieving the loss of our friend, so were his 26 and 23 year son and daughter who still lived in the home. The home sold after one month on the market, Melanie's team walked us through the closing and now there is a new young family making memories in the home.
