Lindsey was recommended to my fiance and I through a friend and we couldn't be happier. We toured the house, she calmed any fears we had as first time home buyers, and we put in an offer. After our inspection she helped us negotiate a lower price to cover a few minor issues the home ended up having. The final paperwork stage was easy and everyone at Edina Realty was a reflection of Lindsey's kindness and professionalism. After we purchased the home and everything was said and done she continued to surprise us by allowing us to borrow her sold sign for a couple weeks so we could take a nice picture with our new home. She also sent us a gift basket to show her appreciation and has asked on a few occasions how we are doing to make sure we are happy with our purchase.
