I am Michele Bynum and I just have taken my time before Just jumping to this survey because I wanted my full attention and be able to share from my heart, our home buying experiennce with Mindy Strand. Our experience wasnt just another sale to Mindy. We were always encouraged to take our time and find the home of our dreams and Mindy gave us that. We werent always the greatest clients but she always treated us with the utmost care, professionalism and kindness. We looked ourselves at hundreds of homes online and she would show us every one we wanted to see. She was never discouraging to us and always made sure we were not going to just settle. Mindy wanted our dream home and that is exactly what she found for us. The home we purchased was one of the last homes she put together for us. She really took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes. She took everything in and I can say with all my heart she found the home of our dreams and we couldnt be happier. She made our process great rather than painful. :). She always had a smile on her face and just made us feel welcome in every way. It was if the realty company was like family not just another Realtor looking to make sales. She made our sale feel like a gift and weve recommended her to everyone we know looking. She sold my daughter her dream home and there was just no down side that she couldnt turn into a positive. I thank you and am humbled by her service and which by the way she has still given even though we closed. We had a few issues and she was right there to help and let us know we would have her help as long as needed and are comfortably in our home no matter how long that took. We love our home. Its not a house to us. This is our home and I dont know that Just anyone could have understood our likes and dislikes as Mindy did. Thank you so much for our experience. Mindy made our experience perfect and weve purchased homes before so I can say from experience shes a true asset to her company and I hope she continues to grow her business with Edge Realty.
