ZillowVERIFIED MIndy Is Just the best at what she does . We recently closed on a foreclosed house using a VA loan . Its not everyday that you hear Forclosed and VA loan being used together. Initially we taught it was impossible but Mindy told us she would help us and do her best . And not only did she do her best, she went above and beyond to negotiate for us with a bank that was not very responsive in terms of communication. Mindys communication availability is 1000% I was and still am able to contact her whenever I need help or have questions which tells me she cares about her customers. On closing date her last words to me were, call or text me if you need anything in my head I was like wow this is great because as a new homeowner, I have someone I trust And can go to for questions regarding my house . She is also very friendly and knowledgeable in what she does not only do I recommend her if your looking for an awesome experience but I also recommend her if you want someone with great negotiating skills. She is very friendly, answered our questions through the whole process, helped us get a good price on our property and helped us negotiate being able to stay in the house for a month while we found a new house and moved. Our experience wasnt just another sale to Mindy. We were always encouraged to take our time and find the home of our dreams and Mindy gave us that. We werent always the greatest clients but she always treated us with the utmost care, professionalism and kindness. We looked ourselves at hundreds of homes online and she would show us every one we wanted to see. She was never discouraging to us and always made sure we were not going to just settle. Mindy wanted our dream home and that is exactly what she found for us. The home we purchased was one of the last homes she put together for us. She really took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes. She took everything in and I can say with all my heart she found the home of our dreams and we couldnt be happier. She made our process great rather than painful. :). She always had a smile on her face and just made us feel welcome in every way.
