Be patient because she will help find the right place for you. Listen to suggestion, if I hadn't done a home inspection on brand new home they probably would been something that we're missed, Joanne will do just what she says, she is alway available or will return calls and texts. Even after the process she still call people on your behalf most realtors once the received the commission check that is it for Joanne. Joanne really cares about her client and always has there best interest and not the commission in mine when buying a home. And the best thing about Joanne is that she does not become inpatient and frustrated because you change or can't make up your mind. She really cares about her client. She excellent if you are a first time buyer because she teaches you based on her experience. Joanne is the bedtime.

My wife and I were looking for a second home in an area where we had vacationed and fell in love with. Knowing no one in the area, we went on line and and found Pawleys Seaside Realty. I sent an e-mail note to Joanne Gillet who told me to contact her the next time we were in town. We did and Joanne put us in touch with her colleague Danah Prophet. She gave us a couple of properties to look at that day but mainly took our information and the process to find an home began. Being over 600 miles away made it very difficult to select a place since we insisted on seeing it before we purchased it. Danah was very patient with us and understanding our needs, sent us many properties that she knew we would like. She actually looked at some for us and let us know if they were something we would be interested or if we should shy away from. We value her opinion greatly and feel as is we have known her for much longer than we actually have. Her professionalism is beyond reproach and if anyone asks me who to contact in the Myrtle Beach area for real estate I would highly recomment Danah and Joanne and Pawleys Seaside Realty.
