Incredible not only did Andrea secure the closing price I was hoping for she also has relationships with everyone you could possibly think of that matter for a 1st time home buyer From the Home Inspector to the Mortgage Broker to the Window Treatment Lady all of the contacts were top notch Andrea recommended I get a pool inspection on top of the house inspection which resulted in the seller offering a 4000 credit at closing for the leaks that were found Amazing service all the way around
