I worked with Greta though a very competitive time frame in the Davis market this summer. We put in offers on three separate homes, lost one through a higher bid, opted out of one due to a terrible inspection, and finally closed on the last one. Through all of those starts and re-starts, frustrations and joy, Greta stayed positive and very professional. We are moving into Davis from outside the area and struggled with a lot of situations, realtors and sellers from a distance, and through it all, Greta was unwavering and rock solid. Her knowledge of Davis and the entire purchasing process (which has some uniqueness in that city) required hours of tireless education from her to us and we are so grateful for her patience and persistence. Greta also did an amazing job reaching out to other people in her office for additional thoughts and help during some negotiating times, and we were given lots of help with a "team effort" from the Demasi Group. We have already recommended her to other people, and should you be looking in the Davis area, she is the best person I've ever worked with in this industry, and you should give her a call!
