Ebby Halliday Real Estate, LLC

From the moment we first met with Kim, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. We were kept well informed about what would occur as well as weekly updates on the status of our house on the market. In negotiations, she gave excellent advice with us as her clients being her number one priority. We would recommend Kim to anyone getting ready to sell their house. Jay and Kathleen Angelucci

Working with Kim was a real pleasure. Her knowledge of the market came in handy when finding comps to best meet the home. She carries herself professionally and is a genuinely kind person. She brought us across the finish line during a stressful and bumpy escrow process. Thank you again Kim!

Kim is a great Realtor and would highly recommend her! She was very patient and willing to show me as many properties as I needed to find the right one and followed me through the contract process!

Kim was such a great help and an excellent resource when trying to find our property. She made the process so seamless. I would highly recommend reaching out when you are in search for your next home.

Kim Woodul was a breath of fresh air after a frustrating three-year ordeal with our previous realtor. The stark contrast in service levels was evident from the outset. Unlike our prior experience with broken promises, lack of communication, and inefficiencies, Kim's approach was marked by integrity, consistent communication, and a proactive strategy. Her swift success in selling our commercial property highlighted the shortcomings of our previous realtor, making the switch to Kim a decision we're truly grateful for.
