Eaz Realty, LLC

Mindy was excellent to communicate with and responded quickly to our requests and any questions or concerns we had. The team was very organized in focusing us in viewing homes on the market in the area we wanted to move to and the one we purchased after our home sale finalized.

Mindy is one incredible and dedicated professional who made our sale of our home a smooth and successful experience. The photographer she hired to advertise my home took fantastic pictures interior and outside. Mindy quickly scheduled and open house and amazingly sold our home in record time less than 3 weeks. Mindy was available to show us homes we researched and she suggested one particular home which we fell in love with and closed on it within a reasonable time. Thank you Mindy for being so supportive and efficient providing us contacts with other professionals making our closing a smooth one.

Although Sherri was not the listing agent, she managed to obtain all the answers QUICKLY! I needed to get many answers to lawyer, architect and builder on the future lot. If answers were adequate then the purchase could occur. I was vetting other properties with another realtor and i was able to get all my questions answered BEFORE other properties. This was thanks to Sherri's responsiveness. I cannot stop raving about her to the rest of my team!

Madalynn is amazing on all counts! She readily made herself available at the drop of a dime, even at the last minute and despite the distance. She was supportive, patient, practical, and reassuring. She didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, she also helped us understand what we needed to hear. She did the research so we could make informed decisions and advised us on how to structure a winning offer to obtain our beautiful new home! The process was quick, easy, smooth, and seamless, and we so appreciate her help along the way! We will recommend Madalynn 10 times out of 10!!

Working with Sherri Porter to purchase our land lot was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable about local property, super responsive, and made the whole closing process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Sherri to anyone looking to buy land!"
