Easterby and Associates

I couldn't be happier with the job Dan Easterby did selling my Big Bear property. From the day we listed the property through the final closing, Dan was professional, responsive, patient, and always available when I had a question or concern. What I appreciated most was that Dan never pressured me during negotiations. We had several offers and counteroffers along the way, and he respected my decisions while giving me the information and advice I needed. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. Selling a property can be stressful, but Dan made the process much easier and ultimately got the property sold and successfully through escrow. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling property in the Big Bear area. Nick Karagozian

Dan was recommended to us and we are glad we found him! Dan is extremely knowledgeable about properties, Big Bear and the trends in real estate. He has wonderful contacts that helped with EVERY question my husband and I had. Dan is very attentive and was available when we had questions. We have only positive things to say about the whole process! Highly recommend!!

Dan helped us buy our Big Bear house 2 years ago. We loved the house and the area but unexpectedly had to sell and move! He talked through all our options and we decided to list the house. He was hands on getting the house ready to sell . We received an offer much quicker than expected and he was so helpful through the entire process. I was very nervous when issues arose and he was always very reassuring. I highly recommend Dan whether you are buying or selling. He is just an all around great guy!

Dan came highly recommended for a reason. His market analysis was spot on and his team was really helpful preparing the home for sale. We hadnt sold a home in twelve years and Dan kept us informed all through the process. We highly recommend Dan and his team.

Dan helped us sell our Big Bear property quickly and for a fair price. The entire process was smooth and stress free. He showed great market insights, helped us clean up the property prior to sale by hiring landscapers, returned utilities equipment for us as we couldn't be on-site prior to the close and gave us recommendations for which repairs we should make. Thank you Dan and team!
