Tara was outstanding at helping us find our first home! She made the process very easy and quick for us. From viewing the home with us, to negotiating an offer, to closing she walked us through every step and had it done very quickly.

Tara was excellent to work with. Clearly knows the local market-priced sell. Very knowledgeable about contracts and the closing process. Appreciated her timely responses to questions even during off hours.

Tara helped me escape Massachusetts finally. I wasn't the easiest client im sure and had a pretty particular list of things I wanted. I had no idea what I was doing but she broke it down and explained everything in a way I could I understand. She was patient and gave her opinions but also didnt push me in any certain direction. Would recommend.

Tara was great to work with. We are new to the area and she was great at explaining things that were very different from where we were moving from. She provided a lot of information about the area prior to our trip out to Manchester so we could really pin-point the area that we would do our search. She also provided us with a great contact to fix our HVAC.

Tara did an amazing job in helping me purchase my first home. Not only my first home but moving to a different state. Tara nailed down the searchs for me looking to move into a small town again after living with a friend in a city for a few years. Being a first time home buyer, Tara made me feel comfortable right away getting rid of the any anxious feelings I had starting the process. Post closing and moving Tara has checked in with me multiple times to see how everything is going and has assisted me with any of my questions relocating from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. I would not hesitate to work with Tara again for another home or property purchase.
