Karl first came to us through a listing in Zillow. He contacted us immediately to understand our purchasing needs/interests. Early in our process, we decided to build new construction. Karl's past experience in the excavation business afforded us an invaluable resource, Karl ensured we incorporated the necessary language in our contract to ensure we didn't forsee future problems with our new home.Although this process (building a new home) proved tenuous at times, Karl was always available for help and support. He consistently managed the Seller/Buyer relationship to ensure we were delivered the home we were promised. We couldn't have found a better buyer's agent for our relocation to Southern New Hampshire. Karl very quickly developed an understanding of the kind of home we were looking for- even when we were still sorting it out for ourselves. He was extremely knowledgable about the towns we were considering and was able to provide background on town taxes, municipal services, etc. along with advice on what restaurants and service providers to consider. Most impressive though was Karl's responsiveness. He was ALWAYS available. If i was looking at listings he emailed me and responding in the evening or very early in the morning, he got back to me immediately. He was comfortable with email, texting, and phone- which worked great for us because we hate the phone. He was quick and flexible setting up multiple showings for us, understanding that we were traveling from another state to house hunt. He's also well connected in the local real estate market and was able to work with other agents to get us into homes quickly, even when the seller might have a 24+ hr advance notice policy. And finally, Karl helped us find and secure our dream home. Karl helped us negotiate a fair deal and he did all the running around for us. After the P&S was signed he even met with contractors quoting work for us because we were out of state. He was a great agent, and he's a good guy. If this isn't our forever home we will absolutely work with Karl on our next search.
