She is awesome. She knows what shes doing. Very helpful. Very informative on properties. We look at over 100 properties. She was so helpful to me and knowledgeable. She kept me informed on every new property that came available. We went to go look at the properties. she was a joy to work with

Very unprofessional. Does not like to respond, says shes helping me and does not help me at all. When touring she completely forgot about our touring time and was late even after rescheduling. Very disappointed in how she handles everything and I will not recommend her to anyone.

Rikka is amazing. The house needed several repairs in order to get to closing and she negotiated to make it happen and got my closing costs covered by negotiations with the seller. Her and ZaZa were so exciting to tour with and nothing made it past this dynamic duo . Got to closing on time and Rikka was a great partner every step of the way

She was exceptional to work with. Very caring, sweet, and knowledgeable. Always responded to all of my question and quick to find any answers to the questions she didn't know the answers to. 10 our of 10 would recommend her to everyone wanting to purchase a home.
