Eagle Rock Real Estate Co.

We found Kathy to be a very professional and responsive realtor. She returned calls quickly, and had excellent follow through. We valued her opinion, and trusted her to work hard on our behalf. She helped us establish a "selling" price for the current marketplace. She went to as many of our showings as possible and pointed out all of our extra features. She sold our home in Eagle Rock in under one week.

Kathy was patient, thorough and attentive to our needs. Kathy went above and beyond to find us our perfect home. I addition to showing us multiple homes Kathy even showed us lots and discussed building options as well.

I have purchased 3 properties with Kathy. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I do not personally see the properties before I buy them and fully trust her opinion on them before making an offer. She is also a great negotiator and has always gotten me a fair price. Highly recommend!

Kathy is one of the best realtors we've had the pleasure of working with. She goes above and beyond in every facet of helping you sell your home. She offered us staging insights that made the home more appealing and even helped us identify a smell that might offend would-be buyers and remedy the problem. As a result of her thoroughness, we sold our home in record time and received a great offer. I would highly recommend Kathy whether you're a seller or a buyer; you won't be disappointed!
