I recently had the smoothest experience selling my mothers home using Shaun Alston and his team at Eagle Realty. There were several obstacles we faced in even getting the house ready for sale, but Shaun navigated these with ease and provided expert guidance and support the whole way through. Unfortunately, my mother passed away in the home that she hadnt maintained well over the last 10+ years she lived with her husband in their primary residence. My daughter and I lived out of state, creating even more of a challenge for all of us. Shaun took the lead on the sale of the house, ensuring the house was brought up to code and increasing its value through proper renovations while keeping the costs down. Once his vision was brought to life, the house appraised for $100k more than we originally expected! This is a real testament to his outstanding network of contractors and support staff that took care of everything from finding a new garage door opener to moving an inoperable vehicle to a storage unit they located for me. In addition to the free staging services that really brought the property to life, Shaun and the team were an undeniable help in removing loads of trash, ensuring the lawn was maintained, finding a service provider to repair the outdoor sprinkler system and because I lived out of town, he even installed a security system in the house since it was sitting empty. I cant say enough about how easy the process was and how much I appreciate the support Shaun and the Eagle Realty team provided me and my daughter. They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond what I would ever have imagined during such a difficult time. The most impressive thing about Shaun is that he took the time to get to know my mothers neighbors. Shaun Alston helped me sell my home in late 2025.He staged my home for free and transformed it into beautiful model using some of his pictures and furniture pieces. He also coordinated with vendors to have minor window, carpet repair and painting done before showing.Shaun works hard so you wont have to. The whole team was there to assist, they even mowed the lawn before a showing. Ive known Shaun since 2009 and he found me two great homes with his expertise and he can do the same for any body. Hes that talented!

Shaun assisted our family in selling our fathers home after he passed away. Writing this review took me a lot longer than expected, not because there was a lack of words, but rather so much to share about the life changing experience I had working with Shaun Alston (Eagle Realty) and Dave Bernatchy (Landmark Mortgage). If I could give them a 10 stars out of 5 stars, I would. As first time homebuyers, my fiancA(C) and I couldnt have asked for a better team. They were so patient with us, every step of the way. They stood out from the rest of those in their fields through open and consistent communication. I dont like guessing whats on peoples minds and I dont like getting the run around when I have questions. Never during the search for our home did I find myself feeling in the dark. When uncertainty presented itself, I felt Shauns support which made the biggest difference in this new chapter of our lives. He really did look out for our best interest. Finding our dream home was very bumpy. Several unfortunate events took place that were outside of our control. When we started this journey, we came across what a property we really liked, and guess what? We got it! We were beyond excited. However, then came great difficulties involving the HOA and the sellers agent that led to us cancelling the transaction. At that point, my fiancA(C) and I were devastated because we had already made payments towards that transaction. Shauns team worked diligently to get back our deposit and what we had invested on the inspections. It was an uphill battle, but in the end we got all our money back. When we were about to call it quits, Shaun somehow found us a beautiful place to call home. This new place was in a gorgeous gated community that felt like a nature park in the middle of the city. When my fiance and I first walked through the door, we were ready to call it home. Again, something came up. We ran into problems with the HOA because they had not sold a property to a potential buyer with a aEURoelow down payment conventional loanaEUR? in several years. We got concerned, and this time it hit us even harder. Thankfully, Dave worked miracles allowing us to buy the home. On top of that, Dave even got the entire subdivision approved for the type of loan we had! Incredibly, all this happened within our expected escrow period without any extensions or delays. I could never thank Shaun and Dave enough for the amazing team they are and the impeccable work theyre capable of.
