Tarah was so amazing that when we closed I knew we would miss her! Tarah is incredibly charming, honest, and goes above and beyond for you. She has great judgement when you're on the hunt, steering you away from houses you shouldn't give a chance to. She inspected houses we toured, introduced us to common household quirks as total newbies to home owning (different window types, looking out for laundry vents etc). Extremely knowledgeable on FHA! And cared about it too, checking out chipping paint and other issues. I felt like I could trust her word and lucked out on a BEAUTIFUL well-kept and put together home that she found when I got defeated touring house after house to no avail. I'm so happy with the house Tarah found. It was more than a transaction, she is really like a companion to you and your family. Trust her to find you a great home.

Used her to buy my first home. She shown me 10 plus homes well. Doesn't know zoning or permitting laws in case you want to add structures onto the property down the road. House I wanted sold for half, yes half of what i offered. House I bought had some minor flaws which was documented to get fixed and never happened, previous owner damaged the property prior to leaving which in stuck fixing too. Great for showing house and doing paperwork, but that is where her current skill ends. All the small hiccups that occur in buying home, she disappoint me on. Zero negotiating skills
