EAC REALTY, INC. DBA LONG REALTY YUMA

Sold our Casita & bought a home at the end of 2025 Linda did a fantastic job selling & helping us buy our home. She marketed our house beautifully, we had multiple offers in less than 10 days. Way faster that we ever expected in this market. Linda was always responsive, answered our late night worries & explained every form clearly. Great realtor who really knows the local market. She really went above & beyond for us & for that, we're forever grateful. Would highly recommend!

Linda was absolutely amazing through out our whole process. This was our first time selling a home and she made us feel very comfortable with the everything always answered our questions and was available to us when ever we needed her. Her team is top tier in customer service and also very hard working and fast moving to make sure all of our needs were met and completely taken care of. We cannot wait to work with her and her team again absolutely made it feel stress free.

Linda was an absolute gem to work with. The home buying process can generally be one of stress and anxiety. Well when it comes to Linda, those symptoms were non existent because she is energetic, experienced, and genuine while conducting business. I was never made to feel as though I was bothering her or asking dumb questions. She truly took the time to explain multiple things to me, discuss options, and was instrumental in helping me make the best decisions. From the very beginning, to the very end, Linda was an extension of our family because she is very personable. Nights, Days, Weekends, and any other times she was always available. Not only do I highly recommend Linda for your real estate needs, I will also be using her for our next purchase. Thanks Linda!!!

My husband and I successfully purchased our casita from out of state. Purchasing a property without prior viewing is typically inconceivable. Linda exceeded our expectations by responding to our inquiries, providing photographs and measurements, and being present during inspections. We developed a strong trust in the accuracy of the property's portrayal. Upon seeing the property, we were extremely satisfied with our purchase. We highly recommend Linda and her professional services.

Linda's experience in the real estate industry is above and beyond. She has made our purchase so smooth, and she is such an amazing asset to the Yuma community. Looking forward to the future in our new community. Reed & Nancy Davies
