We had an incredible experience working with Seth Ciminillo while buying our home. We were moving back to our home state from out of state with two children, which could have easily been overwhelming, but Seth made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Seth was always quick to respond no matter the time. As parents of two little ones, our time and energy are limited, and he was so patient, understanding, and flexible with us. What really stood out was how quickly he helped us close. He stayed on top of every detail, kept things moving efficiently, and made sure there were no unnecessary delays. His communication and organization made all the difference. We are so grateful for his dedication and cant recommend Seth enough!

Seth helped me sell 2 properties and each had an offer for more than I expected sooner than I expected. The photos of our house were fantastic and was the cherry on top after seeing his experience and knowledge.

Ill try to make it brief. I am not exaggerating when I say that Seth completely saved me on this one. I know that he chose to stick it out with me on this Real Estate fiasco, even though he could have made better money somewhere else. He stuck it out with me for months as we tried to avoid bankruptcy, and how to convince the bank to do a short sale and accept a lower price for the homes that we failed to flip successfully. He was relentless and gave it his all, following through because of his principles, and not just because it would be to his benefit. I actually live in Minnesota and it is very unlikely that I will do more business in Ohio, but if I was over there, I would obviously only work with him. We were successful in getting out of the deal and not suffering more loss. He DID NOT get us into the deal obviouslyaEUR| I think the main point of this review is to speak of his character, which, in my opinion is hard to find these days!

Seth and Garrett were great to work with. They were very open and honest with us providing data to support their opinions. They were then willing to lend a hand or make a phone call for us to make sure our closing happened and went as smoothly as possible.
