Dwight Andrus Real Estate Agency

Ted Bauer worked for hard for us to find us a new home. His knowledge of the area and communication skills were very important to us since we were relocating from another city. His help with the process to purchase a home was instrumental in our decision. I would absolutely use Ted's services again.

Ted was our realtor selling our home in Lafayette. He is trustworthy, knowledgable and efficient. My husband was commuting from Lafayette to Houston, so Ted communicated with my husband and I daily. I was also, 8 months pregnant at the time and Ted made my life much easier. Years later my mother decided to sell her home. Ted found himself dealing with a somewhat difficult situation that could have made his job that much more challenging. I commend him for the professionalism and passion he had in understanding all sides. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ted was very professional & personable. Every time we contacted him, he got back with us almost immediately. We moved out of. state. When we had concerns about our home or something needed looking into, Ted was very gracious & went to our home to look things over. If you are in need of a great realtor, Ted Bauer is your man!

Help me purchased my first solo home & was excellent!! Actually answered his phone & when he could not, he did return the call. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Very personal, friendly, professional, informative, and I could use many more adjectives. You will not be disappointed in having him as your realtor.

Despite the internal family issues with two of the siblings. Ted was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about his job. I would definitely; highly recommend Ted to anyone who is ready to buy or sell a home. Keep up the great work Ted.
