Justine was the best real estate professional I could have ever asked for. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable of her field, completely punctual yet flexible, has exceptional negotiation skills, and has all the integrity in the world. She did everything in her power to make sure I had the best experience possible while buying my first home. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Tasha is a top notch agent! A fierce defender of her clients interests. She represented myself in the purcchase of a home. I didn't have a ton of money and my home value was 5 figure, but that didn't matter to Tasha. We looked at many houses over numerous trips. She never made me feel as though the $250k house would be more important than a $50k house. Not only will she make demands to reduce asking price to repair and requesting other stipulations that I wouldn't have thought of. Definitely an ally to a home buyer, whether it's a mansion or a fixer upper

Tasha was outstanding! She got my condo sold in one day, over asking price. She made it a very pleasant experience. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Justine went above and beyond to make sure we were well informed. And she didnt hesitate to advocate/fight for us to ensure we were getting the best deal. When showing different homes she was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, looking for things we never would have thought of! That is only one example of how great it has been working with her. We couldn't be more grateful to have had her assistance purchasing our first home!

Justine did an amazing job finding just the right place for us! She listened to what we were looking for in our first home. She was responsive and kept us in the loop step by step. Her effective negotiation skills made us reach an agreement to maximize the value of our deal. We highly recommend Justine as a realtor for all buying and selling home needs!
