Dwell Realty Group

John is a consummate professional and was an invaluable help in the purchase of our house. He learned our wants and needs and was able to steer us toward or away from certain areas and homes for spot-on reasons that he shared with us. We landed in a great house in a great area, and John was a major part of that success. Thank you John!

Sandra is a top notch realtor. She has represented me as both a seller and a buyer. She is professional, responsive, supportive and extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate. I would highly recommend Sandra!

Sandra went above & beyond the "call of duty". She was not only our realtor, but also managed the property for two years. Any problem or issue that arose...Sandra took care of it. I highly recommend Sandra as both a real estate agent and as a property manager.

I cant say enough about the professionalism of Byron Greiner and his team. Within a week of Byron viewing our home to list, he had our home listed in four major market groups. Our house listed on Friday, the next day our house was under contract for over asking price. The entire process was fast and easy, Byron kept us updated and we closed in 5 weeks.

We worked with Browning to purchase our most recent property and she was fabulous! From our first conversation and every interaction since, she has been knowledgeable, kind, responsive, and quick to create a solution. Browning had the resources and availability needed to be able to help us purchase a home from another state, and took care of every step without us being able to be there. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in NC, and look forward to working with her on our future property sales and purchases!
