When we first came to know Bill, we were looking for a place to rent, and it was our first visit in Clemson. Bill took us around the town and showed us a great deal of places, one of which became our first home here. When we decided we want to buy a house, we didnt bother trying other realtors and came straight to Bill because he is so great to work with. I am really picky when it comes to purchasing a house, so it took over a year and what feels like almost a hundred house showings for us to finally purchase one. Bill never complained, never pushed us into buying. He was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. We couldnt ask for a better realtor and a better home buying experience.
