After many years of visiting Anna Maria Island we made the decision to purchase a home. Being out of state buyers made it imperative to find an agent who was able to give the extra attention needed to guide us through the process. Michelle kept us continually updated on available properties and went above and beyond to answer our questions about relocating to Florida. Once we identified the property we wanted she was quick to respond and with her guidance and expertise we negotiated and closed on the property without a hitch. We consider Michelle not only a friend but an angel sent to us when we needed help. It was truly by chance that we met Michelle, but we are so thankful that we did. When we initially were looking for a home to buy on Anna Maria island, we were relying on a favor from a friend from Miami to help us. After one one day, we were done, and without ANY prospects. In a state of complete discouragement we happen to drive by Michelle's house and she just happened to be outside. We stopped to ask her about her house (which is lovely, by the way) and she listened to our story. Michelle has been taking care of us ever since. That afternoon, we looked at several houses and had several more lined up for the next day. Since we were only on the island for one week (coming from Brazil) time was of the essence, and Michelle was there every step of the way. That was last month and we just closed on our new home a few days ago. Michelle is a God-send to us. We are still in contact almost daily and as I said earlier, we hope to count her as a friend forever. I give Michelle my highest possible recommendation.
