Cate jumped into action and immediately ordered the home inspection so it would be ready when we arrived to look at the house in person. Every time we asked a question, she had the answer or got it for us quickly. She offered great and spot-on advice , was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and made the entire process fun and easy. Once we closed on the house, we had to go back to Texas for 6 weeks.
