I know our situation was a bit of a one in a million being that during our first meeting Giancarlo said he had a home to be listed in a week that checks all our boxes - and the first time any of us saw the property we knew it was for us. In every other aspect though from his introduction meeting in Dream Towns beautiful conference room, to taking the time to review the current market standings, to having wonderful knowledge about the area we wanted to be in (and some we thought we wanted to be in) to the beautiful staging of the house-I knew the purchase of our first home was in good hands. We were able to freely text and call Giancarlo throughout the entire process without ever feeling bothersome. He educated us and guided us through everything and even ordered me a SOLD sign after I found out that's not really the norm anymore. A+ realator, you can feel the passion he has for the business in all he does.
