On the recommendation of a friend, I used Brian Taylor to help me find my first home in Charlotte this spring. As a first time buyer I was very nervous and had a million questions about the process. Brian understood this and went out of his way to answer each one. He was exceptionally patient as we looked at each house (and believe me there was a lot!) and did not rush me into making a purchase.Because of his hard work I was able find the perfect property for me. Brian walked me through the entire closing process in an easily understandable way and his support staff helped me stay on track with all the paperwork that needed to be completed. He took extra steps (such as engaging pros to answer questions, getting quotes on fixes, etc.) to ensure that I got everything I wanted and even took his time and money to address an item that needed to be fixed.
