He didn't try to push his own agenda and he was mindful of our specific needs. I truly believe that he worked as our advocate throughout negotiations and the due diligence process. ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Brian by a New Home builder, to sell my current property and to assist on purchasing a new home. The one thing I really liked about Brian, was the communication. Every time I called or texted him, I would get a reply back promptly. I've even texted / called him past the traditional 9-5pm working hours. My line of work is in sales and I know how customer service is extremely important. Brian consistently updated me with properties that went on the market in my neighborhood. He presented offers and walked me through each offer, and never did I feel any pressure to sell my house for what I didn't think it was worth. Brian showed up to both of my closings, and even assisted me during the walkthrough of my new home. In my opinion, he is very trustworthy and never led me to think otherwise. Now that the sales are complete, I also enjoy getting his emails / videos teaching me more about the current market situations. There are tons of realtors out there, choose one that is knowledgeable trustworthy, and passionate about their work. Brian is a great example of all those.

As a first time buyer I was very nervous and had a million questions about the process. Brian understood this and went out of his way to answer each one. He was exceptionally patient as we looked at each house (and believe me there was a lot!) and did not rush me into making a purchase.Because of his hard work I was able find the perfect property for me. Brian walked me through the entire closing process in an easily understandable way and his support staff helped me stay on track with all the paperwork that needed to be completed. He took extra steps (such as engaging pros to answer questions, getting quotes on fixes, etc.) to ensure that I got everything I wanted and even took his time and money to address an item that needed to be fixed. ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough words for me to express how impressed I was with Brian. From the first day I talked to him till even today, weeks after closing, he always made me feel like his only client. Brian was always available anytime I saw a new home come on the market and available to meet almost right away. Sometimes he was ready to go see the property faster than I was, which is great in this market. The home I ended up buying was listed one Sunday morning and he had the appointment scheduled to view that evening and contracts signed that night. His whole team was amazing all the way down to the financing. I was always kept informed with very detailed updates and relevant next steps on what was going to happen next and what should be expected. In addition, he was always very courteous, eager, professional and on time. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a real estate agent, including all my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found Brain Taylor (with Dreamline Realty) through a referral by one of his previous clients who we met while beginning to explore the area we were interested in purchasing in. Although new to the local market, this was not our first home purchase and we were looking for a home >$300k. We had interviewed several other agents in the area (most affiliated with larger firms)and found that most were new to the area themselves and lacked knowledge of the market, did not return calls promptly, and/or had extremely "limited" business hours. We hit gold with Brian! Brain understood and respected our budget, availability, and candidly our long list of desires in a home. He worked diligently with us over the next several months (holiday included) to locate and negotiate the purchase of our home.In our experience with Brian, we found that his approach was extremely buyer-centric. He does not pressure or steer like some other agents we've met in the past who typically come off as just trying to "contract and close" a deal. Brian more so uses his knowledge of the surrounding market and industry to educate, support, protect, and facilitate individual decision making so that we could find the RIGHT home. Brian was patient, highly knowledgeable about the Harrisburg and surrounding area (his family has lived here for many years),the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. Happily, his hard work (and patience :) ) resulted in us finding the perfect house for our family- both in budget and under market-value!!Additionally, we could not have been more please with the closing process. Brian was communicative the entire step of the way, showed and provided representation at the closing (not just afterward to pick up a check like most other agents), and has even followed up closely after the sale to ensure we were settling in and happy with the purchase.I have and will continue to refer Brian without reservation to all my closest friends and family members so that they too can enjoy the same positive experience when buying their new home as our family did. I am happy to report that we are moving into the new home, the wife and kids are elated, and I could not have been more happy with the experience!
