Omar was great. I was selling a property from Chicago and I live in Iowa. Omar went above and beyond to help me get the condo sold. He was willing to work with repairmen and actually recommend some to me. He was also very helpful looking at different properties around the area. My wife and I bought our first home in March of 2020 (literally at the beginning of the pandemic!). We worked with Brandi and she guided us on the process all the way through. This was our first home purchase, so Brandi was great at explaining everything in simple terms. She was very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls (we had A LOT of questions!). She was terrific at sending us open house events and accompanied us on walk throughs. Most of all though, Brandi was just extremely personable, professional and kind. Something that I thought was extremely thoughtful on Brandis part was the gift she sent us after we closed. Through conversations with Brandi, I had disclosed that I do not drink alcohol but my wife and I both love our coffee. Although a bottle of wine is a standard gift, she sent us a sample of coffee from around the world. I was impressed that she remembered this and it was just another reason why we enjoyed Brandi so much. Great experience all the way around.
