Man-o-man! What can I say!!? I don't know that the buying experience could have been managed any better. Mike helped me find and close on exactly the type of property I was looking for in an exceptionally hot market where listings were being taken off the table in a matter of mere hours. From specific knowledge on every property in the metro area, to pointing out the intimate details and nuances about each association, all the positives and possible negative aspects of each property, I was more than impressed with the wealth of information stashed away in Mike's many years of experience. I knew that I was in good, honest hands, and there's no reason anyone else should expect any less when working with a dedicated professional like Mike. We ended up finding the perfect place for me to call home, with "absolutely no boxes left unchecked". All throughout the process, the communication and clarity he provided by letting me know precisely where we were at on any given day was nothing short of amazing. You'll hear from this guy more than you hear from a lot of your closest friends and family, no joke! I don't know how he does it!!Mike's thoughtful approach to getting to know each buyer and seller on a personal level first, and then following through by getting to the bottom of exactly what you want to see and most likely buy was truly awe inspiring. From the very first meeting, right on through to closing, and even after, Mike truly cares most about ensuring his clients' satisfaction every step of the way. All of us should strive to be just a little more like Mike, just reference one positive review after another, after another, after another, ad infintum - he's got "it", he's got "that thing", and if you should be lucky enough to work with him in buying or selling anywhere in the city, I'm 100% positive that he'll continue to prove himself as the greatest, again and again. Amazing!!
