Allison helped my wife and I buy a Pelican Bay condo this year. In a word, Allison's work for us was outstanding. We looked at condos from Moorings through Park Shore, Pelican Bay and further north; Allison knew this area very well. Allison is a great lady, and we had lots of laughs working together. Allison has a wonderful work ethic; she was on the job seven days a week, and was always prompt and cordial in returning our calls and texts. With her suggestions about where and what to buy and how to negotiate, Allison displayed the seasoned judgment of an experienced professional. Importantly, Allison is a straight shooter. I could not recommend a real estate agent more highly.

I worked with Allison to sell two houses in Naples. The first one was a seller's market and she got me the highest price ever in the neighborhood - it was fast and fun. The most recent sale was in a much more challenging buyer's market and required all of her experience and expertise (and a lot of time managing my expectations) to get the sale done. In the end, I think that we got the best price that we could and I am very happy that I had Allison on my side. She was always available to talk things through, definitely put in the work and made the process as easy as possible for me. I highly recommend Allison, in both easy and difficult real estate markets. Plus, she is a lover of birds and butterflies!

We had a great experience working with Allison, it was especially helpful because we were looking and we live out of state. She made it so much easier for us to navigate the distance and find what we were looking for at this time. She was very patient and has stayed in touch with us for almost 2 years while we decided on our timing. We found the perfect spot. It was enjoyable and stress free working with Allison. She knows the area and is easy to talk to and we never felt pressured. We highly recommend going through this process with her.

We are delighted with the outstanding job that Allison Callas, of Allison Sells Naples, did marketing and selling our Naples home. Her MLS description, professional photography, digital and physical staging, and beautifully prepared marketing materials showcased our property exceptionally well. Allison hosted numerous open houses, personally prepared and accompanied Buyer showings, followed up all prospects, and consistently provided valuable feedback. She was proactive, professional, an excellent communicator, and dedicated tremendous time and effort to achieving a successful sale. Having worked with many real estate agents over the years, we can confidently say Allison is the best. We highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Allison did an outstanding job marketing the property. She was helpful presenting the home in the best possible light. Furthermore, she was very accessible and kept me up to date with feedback, suggestions and market developments.
